We're a home based business in Northern Ireland. Bella Backdrops creates bespoke backdrops fit for any special event or occasion! They're a visual delight and will add the perfect touch to your event!
These handmade backdrops vary in size, colour and material. The backdrops are made from a combination of; handmade paper flowers, artificial flowers, artificial plants, fabrics, balloons, handmade props and ribbons. Backdrops can be hand-painted or personalized upon request. These backdrops are incredibly versatile. For example, you can use it as a ceremony backdrop, behind the top table of your wedding or simply use it as a photo booth! The possibilities are endless and are guaranteed to fit your needs!

Zoë Lisa Loogman
Zoë has always had a love for art and design ever since she was a young child. After graduating from University with an Art and Design degree, she struggled to find a creative job she was truly passionate about. That soon came to an end when she discovered a love for making backdrops and party decorations for her friends and colleagues. She realised there were few businesses in Northern Ireland that provided a Backdrop service. Zoë loved making them, so why not make a business out of it? The result was the creation of Bella Backdrops!

Phillipa's Wildflower Backdrop
A romantic and colourful wildflowers backdrop. The backdrop has been hand painted with intricate wildflowers and plants. Paper flowers and plants are attached to add a dramatic and three-dimensional effect. A "Welcome" sign comes with it to add a thoughtful touch to your party event. Personalized letters or words can be added upon request.

Terms & Conditions

Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A delivery charge will be added and take effect from August 2019, depending on the delivery location. Setting up and collecting services are included in the price.

Payments:
All goods hired will require 50% of the total cost to be paid as a non-returnable deposit to confirm and secure booking. If the required delivery date is within 5 weeks of placing your order, full payment will be required.
Our preferred payment method is through Paypal. Paypal instructions will be sent by us via email. You will also receive an email from Paypal, please follow the instructions. We also accept cash or cheque. If paying by cheque, you must write your full name and date of the event on the back of the cheque. All cheques must clear 4 weeks prior to the date of your event.
The balance of the complete cost of the hire (inclusive of delivery and collection charge) is due 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. If the balance payment is not received we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your booking. No delivery will be made without receipt of the balance.
Cancellations two weeks prior to the event due date, will result in receiving no refund. Great time and effort goes into crafting these projects.

Damages: We appreciate that guests are there to enjoy the event, but we will not tolerate damage to our equipment. Our customer is responsible for our hired backdrops, props and decor throughout the duration of the event until collection. Damages to our equipment will be charged to our customers.

Additional Terms & Conditions:
Backdrops are hired for day and evening events. Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for setup and installation before the event begins and it will be removed the following morning. Certain setups may require additional time. If this is the case the customer will be informed prior to the event. Access will be required for staff. Once item is set up, it can not be moved. Under no circumstances should our customer move our backdrops and decor.

Customer Obligations:
The customer will act as (or arrange a suitable contact) to liaise with throughout the event.
Reasonable arrangements for parking and access to the venue must be available for loading and unloading.
The customer is responsible for the space available for the backdrop and decor rented. The customer must ensure the measurements of the floor, wall and ceiling space given prior to the event due date are correct. If incorrect measurements are provided or the space is unsuitable for installation, it may not be possible for the delivery to be made. Refunds will not be provided.
