Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking with Bella Backdrops, we look forward to working for you!

Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A delivery charge will be added and take effect from August 2019, depending on the delivery location. Setting up and collecting services are included in the price.

Payments:

  • All goods hired will require 50% of the total cost to be paid as a deposit to confirm and secure booking. If the required delivery date is within 5 weeks of placing your order, full payment will be required. 

  • Our preferred payment method is through Paypal. Paypal instructions will be sent by us via email. You will also receive an email from Paypal, please follow the instructions. We also accept cash or cheque. If paying by cheque, you must write your full name and date of the event on the back of the checque. All checques must clear 4 weeks prior to the date of your event.

  • The balance of the complete cost of the hire (inclusive of delivery and collection charge) is due 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. If the balance payment is not received we receive the right to withdraw our acceptance of your booking. No delivery will be made without receipt of the balance.

  • Cancellations two weeks prior to the event due date, will result in receiving no refund.

Damages: We appreciate that guests are there to enjoy the event, but we will not tolerate damage to our equipment. Our customer is responsible for our hired backdrops, props and decor throughout the duration of the event until collection. Damages to our equipment will be charged to our customers.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

Backdrops are hired for day and evening event. Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for setup and installations before the event begins and it will be removed the following morning. Access required. Once item is set up, it can not be moved. Under no circumstances should our customer/hirer move our backdrops and decor.

Customer Obligations:

  • The customer/hirer will act as (or arrange a suitable contact) to liaise with throughout.

  • Parking and close access to the venue must be available for loading and unloading.

  • The customer/hirer is responsible for the space available for the backdrop and decor hired. The customer/hirer is also accountable for the measurements (of the space) given to us prior to the event due date. Should there be an issue revolving around the customer/hirer providing us with  incorrect measurements or the space is unsuitable for our backdrop and decor, our refund policies still remains the same.
